CDL Invests in Teak Plantation

CDL have invested in a teak plantation in Ghana. 7,500 seedlings will be planted over three hectares with 4,800 anticipated to survive to maturity and harvest in fifteen years time. We hope to provide much needed local employment in a deprived area as well as promoting significant environmental benefits in a country where over logging and lack of reforestation have contributed to a huge decline in natural forests.
