Acquisition of London Distribution Services

The CDL Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business of London Distribution Services (“LDS”) by Fairway PSD Limited. LDS is part of The Pallet Network (“TPN”), a leading nationwide pallet network. The requirement for ‘on time’ pallet deliveries has become more critical for our Clients, particularly in the area of POS Material (Point of Sale). We have found the service offered by the TPN network to be of a significantly better quality than other pallet networks This acquisition significantly adds to the delivery options the Group has to offer.
